150th School Day

Please dismiss the Varsity and JV softball teams today at 2:00.

Any Senior that has committed to a college and/or university needs to see Mrs. Hardin in guidance ASAP.

“Colorguard auditions for the 2013-2014 season will begin with clinics from 3:30-5:30 on April 23, 25, and 30. Auditions will take place on May 2. All events will take place in the band room. See Mr. Stewart or a current guard member for more information.”

Seniors who think they qualify for an Spanish honors cord for graduation need to stop by Mrs. Acquaviva’s room, B13, BEFORE Tuesday, 4/16. Seniors who think they qualify for an honors cord in French need to stop by Ms. Burrus room B9 before Tuesday, 4/16.

Cheerleading Tryout packets can be picked up in the Media Center from Mrs. Ensley.

Prom tickets will be on Sale today before and after school in Mrs. Squires room C-9, Mrs. Haider’s room B-7 or the Media Center. The cost of the prom ticket is $50.00.

All active Auto Club Members will meet today after school in the Auto Shop.

National Honor Society “Kiss a Senior Goodbye Committee” will meet after school on Wednesday in C-11

National Honor Society “Support Staff Committee” will meet after school on Thursday in C-11

The ROTC Awards Ceremony will be held this Friday in the Pisgah Auditorium at 6pm. All first and second semester ROTC students are required to attend. Cadets will wear their uniforms. Light Hors d’euvres will be served.

The Art Club will meet tomorrow after school in D-2.

Seniors, IF you have already been awarded a scholarship, please bring a copy of the awards letter to your counselor so that we can start our list for Awards Night recognition.

Any senior active in 4-H or FFA and interested in pursuing a career in agriculture should come by the counseling center as soon as possible for information about the Haywood County Cattlemen’s Association Scholarship. DEADLINE APRIL 16.
