It’s time for free SPORTS PHYSICALS!
Tuesday, May 21st @ 2:30pm here in the PHS Gym.
Students will need to see Olivia, our Trainor, after school to pick up a physical form.
Parents can pick up a physical form in the main office.
You will need to have ALL required forms signed by parents and bring the day of the physical.
