On Monday, May 11, 2015, Pisgah High School held it ‘s Senior awards banquet. Kate Phillips (pictured) was one of the many seniors recognized at the awards banquet. Kate was picked out of 50 regional schools to receive the ETSU Roan Scholarship. The purpose of the Roan scholarship is to identify students with strong leadership potential, provide well-designed leadership development opportunities during their college experience and prepare the students to be future community leaders, it is also a full ride scholarship. Pisgah High School has had students receive this scholarship for the past four consecutive years.
