Chromebook Contract

PHS Community, since the HCS Chromebook contract did not change this year, we have allowed upperclassmen students to get their Chromebook from previous years again without a guardian signature.

Freshman must fill out one this year with a guardian signature because they are new to PHS. Please note the contract attached below for your reference.
